Unit Sizes

The most frequent question we are asked is "What size storage unit do I need?" Here is a list of all our available sizes, and how to visualize what will fit in each unit.

5' x 5' 25 sq. ft.	Like a small closet or half bathroom, will hold a chest of drawers or desk mattress set, several boxes and small items OR about 50 file boxes
5' x 10' 50 sq. ft.	Like the capacity of a pickup truck, cargo van or walk-in closet, unit will hold a queen mattress set, sofa, dining room set or chest of drawers, boxes and small items, television, scooter or motorcycle
5' x 15' 75 sq. ft.	The size of a large walk-in closet or small bedroom, unit holds standard furnishings of a one bedroom apartment without appliances, or about 150 file boxes
10' x 10' 100 sq. ft.	The size of a 15' moving van or average bedroom, unit will hold furnishings of one bedroom apartment with appliances, patio furniture and many boxes OR two office suites OR about 200 file boxes
10' x 15' 150 sq. ft.	The size of a large bedroom or 20' moving van, unit will hold furnishings of two bedroom apartment or small house with appliances, patio furniture and many boxes OR vehicle or small boat OR carpet rolls and building materials
10' x 20' 200 sq. ft.	The size of a 24' moving van or small one car garage, unit will hold furnishings of two bedroom house with appliances, patio furniture and many boxes OR a vehicle or small boat OR construction equipment
10' x 30' 300 sq. ft.	The size of an extra long one car garage, unit will hold furnishings of four or five bedroom house with appliances, patio furniture and many boxes, garage extras and miscellaneous OR a vehicle or boat OR a small RV.
